Our return policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or product exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Note: Due to COVID-19 we cannot take any returns.

If you do not select the correct phone model for your case we will not offer a refund but will do a exchange if we have the current model in our USA location.
